Resizing DV images to any but even multiples (.5X, .33X,
.25X, etc.) does result in annoying artifacting (just
try a "zoomed" frame - yuck!), but sometimes using
"tricks" can help - though After Effects works
better
(if I could only figure out how to do the few simple
things I want to use it for, like nicely resizing
images...;-). DV is a great medium, and Premiere will
do a lot of things well, but sometimes.........
