Then you have obviously not read many of my posts

(or even the one above[!!] that you responded to,

where I recommend the Canon GL2), and you have not

read many of the responses by others to similar

threads on r.v.production... And you have not

actually read my XL-1 review at:

www.David-Ruether-Photography.com/camcorder-comparison.htm.

But, this is typical for the few "Canon-nuts"

on these NGs - they counter any criticism of

their "fav" with opinion and personal attack rather

than presenting real observations about the gear

(with some evidence) - unlike owners of ANY other

brand gear...! ;-) Truth is not their aim;

unquestioning adoration for "their" favorite

camera is... This is not the stuff of good

reporting, though...
