There are technical questions, and there are aesthetic
questions... The former can be answered, "The larger
format
will generally tend to show smoother tones and a sharper
image"; the latter can be answered, "The technique
should
be appropriate to the needs of the image, and no technique
is necessarily appropriate for all images of a given
type",
which can be read, "Excellent landscape photography can
be
done with 35mm, when this is an appropriate choice for the
particular images being made..."
