This comes up about every minute and a half........;-)
TV displays and computer displays have very different
characteristics; many PC users set their brightness
too low (the contrast is also high for video, but not
necessarily too high for other materials, and the
"gamma" is also wrong for video...). For web-cam
use,
set the camera exposure up some to compensate...
