No
video camera makes high-quality stills
for
paper prints; the best-quality video images
in
fairly compact Mini-DV cameras are made
by the
VX2000 (and variants) and the
Panasonic
DVX100 (and variants) - some
consider
these small, but others do not);
OIS =
DIS, if each is properly implemented;
good
low-light performance and 1-CCD
(and
some 3-CCD) are contradictory
concepts
- but see the two cameras named
above...;-)
