Canon, Sony, and Raynox are the providers of the best

small WA lens converters. Whether a particular converter

works well on a particular camcorder's lens depends on both

the converter quality, and how well it matches the optics

of the lens, so it is hard to give universal

recommendations. Generally, though, the best-quality

converters fitted with stepping rings to lenses with not

too dissimilar mounting thread sizes are the most likely

to work well. When in doubt, buy the best WA adapter

offered by the camera maker for the particular camera...
