You can speed up video 2X if you add a ".5 horizontal
Better Gaussian blur" in Premiere, and you can alter
the
audio track seperately to keep the pitches correct in a
program like Cool Edit - but it may not look very
normal...;-) Changing the speed in other than even
proportions (like 2X, .5X) can result in odd effects,
though some program (Vegas Video?) may be able to do
it smoothly. Better: compress a bit more for the
CDR, or go to DVD...
