The last two URLs take up this issue - but the higher-pixel-count cameras seem to have better sharpness

and color at the expense of more annoying motion-artifacting

and less low light range...

NO! (BUT IT MAY BE BEST NOT TO "SHOUT!" ;-)

Models vary. *In general*, what you say is true, but there

are notable exceptions (again, see the URLs above - and

with the third, use the key - some of the "bad" examples

are shot with 3-CCD cameras...). The Sony TRV950 and

most Panasonic 3-chippers have relatively poor low light range, also...

But *only* for web use...!
