You can
bias the auto exposure of the TRV900
to
taste (and make sure the ND filter is not in, and
that
you are not using AE-A with a small stop or
AE-S
with a shutter speed faster than 1/60th...;-).
BTW,
during editing, using a combination of
brightness
and gamma-adjust is often more
successful
for brightening images without spoiling
the
blacks or highlights...
