Yes. "Better Gausian blur" works well, and you can make

a graduated mask in a photo or paint program to make

the effect (used on a copied track on V2 or above)

greater toward the corners and non-existent in the

middle, using "image matte" in "transparency".

You can make the matte(s) any shape you want...
