It's not very good, or wide-angle, but the tiny, weak Sony 3-watt

light may be good for some fill in very low light levels with this camera

(and it runs off the camera battery, and it goes on/off with the camera),

and it is not too annoying to subjects - but the mic of the PD may

cast a shadow (less a problem with the VX).
