Canon's TL-46, a 1.4X telextender, is also a good

While I really like the Canon WD-58 .7X on the VX2000,
the Canon WD-55 I have is often not one of the better
performers on cameras it also can be fitted to. I
think the Sony .7X HG is generally quite a bit better,
as is the Raynox .66X. I have not tried the smaller
Canon converters, though (but the 37mm-threaded .7X HG
converter is really SHARP to the corners on everything
it can be fitted to [including the TRV900], so I have
not explored the smaller Canon WA converters [other
than the WD-55...]). For $80, the WD-46 looks like it
is worth a try, though...
