For me, with camera meters that are calibrated to expose color slides

properly for my taste at the recommended speed ratings for the majority

of slide films, Velvia must be shot at 40 (along with the Fuji and Kodak

400-speed slide films, which also look better with 1/3rd stop more

exposure [320]) - all others can then be exposed at the recommended

ratings...
