I do too, but I think "-1" actually is 1/2 stop...
Think
of the items in the custom controls as having
"notches"
along their scales - and most of these mean nothing
relative to the +/- numbers used (though in the case
of auto exposure bias, the "notches" are 1/2
stops...).
