I was
hoping for a not-too-difficult procedure (I don't trust
repair
services to do it right, and I just sold my other two
VX2000s...).
Darn! But this appears to be beyond me.
I do
have a GE extended warranty, if I dare trust the
repair
work for an awkward, but not-essential-to-correct
problem
- but I do change several settings, and these are
lost
when the power (usually battery) is removed...
Sigh!
