No, but I'm always mystified by these questions...;-)
At least with Sony, Canon, and JVC, 3-CCD cameras
have a long "run" time (3-5 years...), yet within
a year of release of one of these models, the questions
start, "When is the 'XYZ' model going to be
replaced?"
As for the Sony TRV950, look at the VX2000 as the
"replacement"...;-) BTW, the low-light image of
the
TRV950 is good enough that you can shoot it "dark"
and recover a good image with video filters while
editing, if necessary...
