I shoot weddings, and the TRV30 would not be used for
anything but short "pick up" bits (sometimes with
a fisheye on, clamp or pole mounted close in on the
ceremony, *if* there is enough light) - it would
never be used for a main camera due to its color
problems in low light, insufficient low-light range
for many events, and its annoying motion-effects.
It is a compact camera with excellent sharpness
and color, though, in good light (and I have one
available in mint low-use condition at:
www.David-Ruether-Photography.com/fs.htm ...;-). In good
light, you can (with a lot of processing time),
filter the TRV30 image to closely approximate
that of the VX2000, but in low light, you cannot...
