You can
use B&W mode with the IR-nightshot to remove the icky color.
The
slow shutter speeds available in digital effects are slow shutter 1 (1/30th),
2
(1/15th), 3 (1/8th), 4 (1/4 second); all reduce vertical resolution by
1/2 by
removing alternate scan lines (increasing "stairstepping"); only
the
first two have acceptable motion-artifacting; the last two show excessive
noise
and can show bad pixels. The 19/22 are among the best 1-chippers for
low
light, but they are not very good in low light in color...
