What gives??
Just
guessing, but I've seen similar oddities with earlier
Premiere
versions when the time-code type gets accidentally
changed
(WHY this isn't a FIXED menu item without a "hot"
key, I
do not know!). Also, wiping out the premXX.prf
file in
the program files and resetting the program sometimes
removes
mysterious problems (add a ".OLD" to the prf
file
name to make it inactive, but retained, in the folder - and
when
all is right, add a copy of the premXX.prf with
".STANDARD"
added as a replacement/back-up file in the
folder...).
