They are both good. But different...
The PD150 picture appears to have a little
less oversharpening for about the same
level of appearance of sharpness and detail,
and its image is smoother in low light
(though with less color saturation at +18db).
Both allow picture characteristic customization,
but the DVX adds some control over gamma.
There are differences in controls and VFs that
may sway you one way or the other. The DVX
also shoots about 20% wider without lens
converters (and with lower linear distortion),
but the much larger lens thread mount makes
fitting good, affordable WA converters to the
DVX much harder (I just happen to have a good
.6X non-zoom-through available for it,
though...;-).
