Yes.
Get the one with the reversible stud, which gives you the
choice of 3/8" and 1/4" threads. The 1/4" is
useful for
mounting most US gear; the 3/8" permits adding all
those
nifty Bogen accessories to the clamp (check out the
"double-ball head with camera platform" - it is
REALLY
nifty, as is the cheap compact 3-way head that folds out
into a short extension arm). I have belatedly become a
Bogen fan - the gear is a tad "klunky", but
good-for-the-money, and with lotsa nifty and useful
gadgets available for particular odd jobs (and these are
often well-designed, and cheap).
