Then I suspect you would be happier with the 28mm PC.
This lens allows you to keep verticals parallel with each
other and the frame edges while looking up or down (and
also sideways to "straighten out" building fronts
when
shooting off center...). I prefer the f4 version of the
Nikkor, which is quite sharp to all corners with
horizontal-frame full (11mm) rise/fall by f11, and fairly
good to the far corners with vertical-frame full (11mm)
rise/fall by f16-22 (though this is beyond the
recommended shift limit for verticals of 8mm).
