You will not see a significant difference between 20X and
22X, assuming the same angle of view at the
"short" end;
if the 20X starts out with a narrower view, it may actually
go "longer"; long tele ends are rarely
high-quality
optically, and can be exceeded with a decent 1.5-1.7X tele
atachment; and long lenses can be VERY hard to hand-hold
(1000mm equivalent in 35mm-camera terms...).

It is best to judge on the important basic image and sound
quality, and perhaps also on features that may actually be
useful to you, rather than on "spec"
differences...
