I'm not a 16:9 fan (I prefer to use my few available

pixels in the most efficient way possible for best

picture...), but I think the VX2000/PD150 have a

16:9 mode that is anamorphic, so no additional

lens is required (though one would provide a wider

angle of view - which could also be accomplished

by adding a good non-anamorphic WA lens converter
